Having earned a degree in Chinese Language & Culture from Dartmouth College in Hanover NH, John has lived in Italy, China, Taiwan & the Philippines always returning to this area since 1976. So, in 2000 he and his wife, Fiona Blunden from Ireland, moved to Windsor. He has a background in politics & public service. John currently serves his community on the Town of Windsor’s Development Review Board. John & Fiona, both enjoy running, hiking & riding.
