Real estate and horses have always been a part of Pierce’s life.
The first part was growing up in Richmond, Virginia. My father was a national top-producing agent. In a household with a parent in the real estate business, you were always learning about real estate sales. Horses were just something fun on the side until after College when I moved full-time to Lexington, KY, and worked in the breeding, raising, and selling of thoroughbred racehorses. Then later to training young thoroughbreds in Aiken, SC. The racehorses allowed me to travel the world and go to many wonderful places. The time did come to have a steadier lifestyle. I settled in Aiken, SC pursuing a career in real estate sales. Fortunately, I have been able to learn from my father’s business methods as well as the benefits of Real Estate Coaching which the two have allowed me to help more clients either with selling or buying.
Having an equestrian background has proven critical in showcasing and selecting properties from more of a horseman’s perspective as well. Aiken, South Carolina and now West Windsor Country Vermont pair perfectly together. Giving clients the best of both locations. Now living in Vermont, I am excited to continue the great customer service in helping more clients achieve real estate goals.
